1. Use a temperature hygrometer to detect temperature and humidity. The indoor temperature and surface temperature shall be below 15 ℃, and the construction shall not be lower than 5 ℃ and higher than 30 ℃. The relative air humidity suitable for construction should be between 20% and 75%.
2. with water content tester to detect the water content of the base, should be less than 3%.
3. The strength of the base should not be lower than the requirements of the concrete strength C- 20, otherwise the appropriate self-leveling should be used to strengthen the strength.
4. The result of testing with a hardness tester should be that the surface hardness of the base layer is not less than 1.2 MPa.

Self-leveling construction-primer
1. The water-absorbing base layer, such as concrete and cement mortar leveling layer, should be diluted with water in a ratio of 1:1, then sealed and plastered.
2. Ceramic tile, terrazzo, marble and other non-absorbent base., It is recommended to use a dense interface treatment agent for prizing.
3. The moisture content of the base layer is too high (> 3%). When immediate construction is required, epoxy interface treatment agent can be used for backing treatment, but the premise is that the moisture content of the base layer should not be greater than 8%.
4. Interface treatment agent construction should be uniform, no obvious effusion. After the surface of the interface treatment agent is air-dried, the next self-leveling construction can be carried out.
Self-leveling construction-mixing
1. Pour a pack of self-leveling materials into a mixing bucket with clear water according to the specified water-cement ratio, and stir while pouring.
2. In order to ensure uniform self-leveling mixing, high-power and low-speed electric drill must be used to mix with a special mixer.
3. Stir to a uniform slurry without caking, let it stand and cure for about 3 minutes, and then stir for a short time.
The amount of water added should be strictly in accordance with the water-cement ratio (please refer to the corresponding self-leveling instructions). Too little water can affect mobility. Too much will reduce the strength after curing.
Self-leveling construction-laying
1. Pour the mixed self-leveling slurry on the construction ground, and it will flow by itself to level the ground. If the design thickness is less than or equal to millimeters, it needs to be scraped with a special toothed scraper.
2. Then pvc sports floor construction personnel put on special spikes to enter the construction ground, and use special self-leveling air release drum to roll gently on the self-leveling surface to release the air mixed in the mixing, so as to avoid bubble pit and interface height difference.
3. After the completion of the construction, please close the site immediately, no walking within 5 hours, 10 hours to avoid heavy impact, 24 hours after the laying of PVC floor.
4.PVC floorDuring winter construction, the PVC floor should be laid after 48 hours of self-leveling construction.
If the self-leveling needs fine grinding, it should be carried out 12 hours after the self-leveling construction.
